The only access to the park is by foot, a group can take a day and explore Spectrum Lake which is a short hour-and-a-half hike from the parking lot or they can really get their "gaitors wet" and take on the six hour hike up to Peters Lake to see what the park truly has to offer with crisp, clean alpine air and awe inspiring mountain peaks, the highest in the park being Mount. Fosthall.
