Subdivision & Development Servicing Bylaw

The Village of Lumby has given first reading to Subdivision and Development Servicing Bylaw No. 796, 2017 and its' Standard Drawings.  The Village is requesting feedback prior to Council considering further readings of the bylaw.

Please provide your feedback to the Village prior to Friday January 19, 2018.  Council will be considering second and third reading of the bylaw at its' Regular Council Meeting on Monday January 22, 2018.
